Thanks to Ryan Spott for this wonderful piece of information. If you have the extra tanks in your Lagoon, or perhaps even other brands, you get a spare water gauge as each tank has one installed but only one is used.
Upon learning this, I immediately went to check and, as per the photo, I have water level gauge senders in both forward and rear tanks, on both sides, but only the forward ones are connected.
